Eligibility Criteria
To apply for the KAU Scholarship 2025-2026, you must meet the following requirements:
- Be a non-Saudi international student
Hold:
- A Bachelor’s degree for Master’s applicants
- A Master’s degree for PhD applicants
- Minimum GPA of 3.75 out of 5 (or equivalent)
Age Limit:
- Under 30 years for Master’s
- Under 35 years for PhD
- Submit valid TOEFL/IELTS English proficiency proof
- Provide 2 academic recommendation letters
- Be medically fit with a good academic record
- Not currently receiving another scholarship in Saudi Arabia
