The Prime Minister Youth Skill Development Program 2025 has officially opened admissions for free technical and vocational training courses across Pakistan. This is a golden opportunity for young students and job seekers who want to gain professional skills and improve their future career prospects. In collaboration with NAVTTC (National Vocational and Technical Training Commission), this initiative offers 3-month courses in various trades – absolutely free!
What is NAVTTC?
NAVTTC is the government body responsible for promoting vocational and technical education in Pakistan. Under the PM Youth Skill Development Program, NAVTTC is providing free short courses to equip the youth with demand-driven skills and enhance their employment opportunities both locally and internationally.
Who Can Apply?
Anyone meeting the following criteria can apply:
- Pakistani Citizen
- Educational Qualification: Minimum Middle, Matric, or Intermediate
- Age Limit: No specific age limit (preferably 18-35)
- Both Males & Females can apply
No application fee is required. All courses are 100% free including training, materials, and certifications.

- Submit the form and note your application number for tracking.
